         香港首個高桿燈檢測及維修機械人「攀影蜘蛛」


         促基建行業檢測更智能化


         Hong Kong's First High Mast Lighting Inspection and Maintenance Robot “InspecSpider” Enables
         Further Intelligent Transformation in the Infrastructure Industry's Inspection


         由香港生產力促進局(生產力局)與智藝綠色照明有限公司合作研發的
         「攀影蜘蛛」榮獲素有「創科界奧斯卡」美譽的「愛迪生獎」(Edison
         Awards)「創新機械人解決方案」類別銀獎,是生產力局繼2023年榮獲
         「愛迪生獎」一銀兩銅佳績後再下一城。

         「攀影蜘蛛」是香港首個應用於高桿燈生鏽情況檢測及維護的創新機械人
         解決方案,可應用機場、橋樑、體育場、高速公路和隧道等不同基建場
         景。高桿燈生鏽後,如沒有及時進行維護,例如燈柱金屬表面剝落甚至倒
         塌將會對行車及行人安全造成重大威脅。「攀影蜘蛛」能夠從地面爬上高
         達35米的高桿燈進行檢測,運用360度攝像機檢查及記錄高桿燈的鏽蝕狀
         況。另外,「攀影蜘蛛」運用無線通訊及檢測技術等先進技術,推動傳統
         基建行業檢測及維護工作的智能化、數據化,大大提高檢測準確度、效率                                      機械人靈活的運作模式令工人無需進行高空工作,能夠取代人手檢測工作,同時可以簡化傳統人手檢
